This authentic Italian kitchen is, just like our Grandma's, centered around a big, stone oven. But the nice people (and talented chefs) at Bravi don't use this oven to toast marshmallows. Instead, they grab the freshest ingredients available and create steaming bowls of delicious minestrone soup, bursting with fresh vegetables, kidney beans and fresh parmesan. We always ask for some, followed by an order of stuffed mushrooms and a Sweet Gorgonzola and Pear Salad, loaded with candied pecans and cranberries-incredible! And then we always make a beeline for the build-your-own pasta menu, where we get to choose penne, fettuccini or spaghetti and any number of sauces (we love the creamy tomato Rosa sauce) and meats for a personal pasta dish like Grandma would have made.
