While it is possible to order a hot dog from Brats Brothers, a storefront operated by two actual Bavarian-born brothers yearning for a second career frolicking among the wurst, it is pretty much beside the point - Brats is a place of custom-made bratwurst and smoky Bavarian wurst, venison sausage and Cajun-spiced alligator wurst, along with a very respectable "Swiss" weisswurst you can drench with the restaurant's house-made curry-flavored ketchup.

    WARNING: OWNER IS A RACIST! I went here once. It was okay. I witnessed the owner having a road rage right down the street from his business. The owner was spewing out racist remarks at this poor driver. Vile racists remarks. If you want to support a racist then this is your place.

    Sausages from not only Germany, Europe but the world. Whether you want traditional German or Swiss, or Ostrich, Alligator, Venison or Buffalo, you'll find it all here. The side dishes (fries, Bavarian Tator Tots, Sauerkraut, Spaeztle or potato salad) are Ausgezeichnet!!!

    Been going there like 10 months. What a find! At least a Dozen different Brats /Sausages. I haven't been brave enough to try the Ostrich Australian but the meat and chicken brats are awesome.. German Swiss Black Forest Polish I can't remember them all...the Hungarian is heavily spiced and is addictive! Last week I went in and they have a sampler plate 4 different Brats...no WAY you can choose which is best. OH WAIT..their CURRY KETCHUP is the BOMB! I would put it on my Oatmeal its so good. **** !!!!
