The décor at this Hell's Kitchen restaurant is certainly pretty if not totally South American in feel: brick walls, potted trees, wood beams, mismatched vintage plates. Food-wise, the classic Brazilian dishes (black bean soup, shrimp and cod stew) are the way to go, far more impressive than the lackluster assortment of bland American fare (sliders, Caesar salad, braised short ribs). Your best bet is to skip the eats entirely and knock back a limey caipirinha or two at the large bar anchoring the room.
