Description

Eating at Boulette's is like dining in the kitchen of a rustic (if well-stocked) French farmhouse. Chefs dart about preparing complex yet richly satisfying dishes while you relax at the long communal table, sipping Blue Bottle coffee and chatting up your fellow diners. Creatively conceived breakfasts and lunches are crafted from organic meats, produce, and dairy products from local farms and ranches and exotic ingredients from the in-house larder: preserved lemons, hazelnut relish, wild fennel pollen, Italian rose syrup, white truffle butter, buckwheat polenta, acacia-blossom honey, and so on. All pantry items are available for purchase along with some pretty elegant takeaway meals. (Call ahead and they'll even schlep the stuff out to the curb for you.)
