With all the fricken steakhouses in Denver (why are there so many?), this place is refreshing. Not as pricey, more laid back service, and fun. Plus their own beers which are very good.

The Chophouse is synonymous with high-quality (high-cost) dining in Boulder. I love the black and bleu salad for a taste of steak and a low cost.

This place is AWESOME! Best steaks you can find anywhere in town. It's a little pricey though as far as good restaurants go in Boulder. It's worth the money for sure, but this is somewhere I wouldn't usually go to unless it was a special occasion. You don't have to dress up, but unless you are wearing a nice outfit you might feel a little under dressed.
