Description

Houston-born down-home Louisiana evangelist Boudreaux's is dedicated to made-from-scratch with the freshest-they-can-find ingredients. Expansion plans include spots in Colorado, Illinois and Georgia. Soon customers there will have expanding waistlines as they spend time enjoying fresh dishes like boudin balls, Catfish Bienville, the Monster Seafood Platter (catfish, crawfish, chicken, shrimp, stuffed shrimp & shrimp brochette), po-boys and pecan pie.
