Description

Taking over the location formerly occupied by the revered Washington Square Bar and Grill (aka Washbag) would be a daunting task for any budding young restaurant, but the Bottle Cap aims to make its own name with an "ingredient-based American" menu that's obviously aware of contemporary trends while being simultaneously reminiscent of old-fashioned comfort food.
