Bootsie's Heritage Cafe is situated a block off of Old Town Tomball's Main Street strip, where the quaint farmhouse kitchen turns out progressive interpretations of Southern staples built from freshly harvested local ingredients. The daily evolving menu features eclectic selections ranging from chicken-fried rabbit to hog head cheese to delicately marinaded snapper.
