That doesn't mean it's not good-it's just not spicy. Any appetizer is a good bet (don't miss the Mexican-cart-style corn), but among the small list of main courses, pick the rotisserie chicken with soupy beans or the chiles rellenos-a pair of fresh poblanos breaded, fried, cheesed, and well sauced.
