This food truck -- most commonly stationed at the corner of SE First Avenue and SE Sixth Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale -- is gaining a reputation for the quality of the meats prepared. The staff uses a wood-burning smoker with hickory and pecan wood to impart a sweet, smoky flavor.
