Tucked behind a wrought-iron fence, the sidewalk patio is almost always packed with sharply dressed diners enjoying a little people watching with their meal. Inside isn¹t so bad either: classical and clean, the dining room is adorned with elegant chandeliers hanging over tables covered with crisp white linens. New Yorkers often bring visitors here, not only for its pleasant atmosphere, but also for a diverse menu that makes ordering easy. Simple grilled seafood items, from scallops to swordfish, are all marinated in extra-virgin olive oil, lemon and garlic before hitting the grill. Like sushi? They've got that too, in the form of sashimi, maki rolls and specialty rolls. Everything from live Maine lobster to filet mignon fill out the rest of the menu, plus it has a serious raw bar and sandwich-heavy lunch menu.
