Description

For nine decades, people have been coming to the Blue Parrot for spaghetti and meatballs, for ravioli and sausage sandwiches, for simple Italian food cooked by the same family for generations. And though Louisville itself is changing -- from an old mining town to a bedroom community -- the Blue Parrot is not. Even the Wopburger -- a sausage and cheese sandwich -- is staying put, newly famous after the owners refused to rename it something more politically correct.
