The team from Miller’s Tavern brings us a no-frills burger joint in Williamsburg serving great little fast food–style burgers under $5. These are squishy and satisfying with thin, tender patties that are browned on the edges, and come with crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and special sauce. Blue Collar’s style is reminiscent of the West Coast’s highly fetishized In-N-Out, right down to the way the burgers are packed up to go in a paper box. Milkshakes and hotdogs are also the menu, but you won’t find much else.
