This clever concept puts delicious gourmet food and Pabst Blue Ribbon in the same bar. Its theme is a small, industrial town's neighborhood bar, where one would go after a long day spent, working on cars, down in the coal mine, or on the assembly line. Anyone and everyone can feel comfortable at this Henderson Ave hole in the wall. The bartenders are friendly and serve up any drink your heart desires. The food (especially the fried pickles!) is tasty and well-prepared. This ain't your daddy's bar food! Perfect for relaxing - and on game days (Go Cowboys!) you can watch them at Blue Collar with people who quickly feel like old friends. I highly recommend BCB.

The owner of Blue Collar Bar built his small kitchen (it's a bar first) around the blue... More »
