It's not easy to find Bloomin' Buckets. The flower shop gives its address as Manchester Road in Rock Hill, but it's really on a side street, Tavalon Avenue, obscured by a wooden fence. Push open that gate, though, and you're in for a treat. A rose garden gives way to a cute-as-can-be pink cottage where you can find owner Barb Wehking apologizing profusely. "I know, I know.
