    Bloom has a great happy hour: nothing really over $5 for premium cocktails.

    After shopping, hit up Bloom for one of their many great salads. They have other stuff too but once you have one, you'll be hooked. I like the Cobb or the Spinach salad. At night the scallops with forbidden rice is delish.
