Charles Walpole has taken up the tradition of producing revelatory meals in this 900-square foot Eastlake shoebox that formerly housed Sitka & Spruce and Nettletown. The menu changes so frequently that the kitchen doesn't bother with printing, but diners can count on terrifically fresh ingredients and a smattering of seafood brilliance. The room's casual vibe and the high-quality cooking makes the restaurant feel like the back-end of a fancier, stuffier restaurant: Thank goodness you're stationed here.
