When this bar was called Treat Street Cocktails, dusty taxidermied animals stared down from every nook and cranny - but now rechristened as Blind Cat (and formerly Dirty Thieves), the space is cleaner and brighter, with the decor featuring tattoo flash artwork rather than dead deer heads. The crowd is cleaner and brighter, too, sipping on a variety of macrobrews and whiskeys while chatting loudly around the crowded bar and in the semi-circular booths.
