Description

Chef-owner Eric Skokan is a detail man. Everything in his well-designed restaurant is carefully put together, from the clean, comfortable decor to the ingredients, preparation and presentation of every dish. Skokan raises chickens, so the eggs are vividly fresh, and he visits his own farm in Niwot daily to select produce. As a result, the menu changes almost as often, but it's always complex, sophisticated and surprising.

    Went here for the Bite of Boulder - $26 prix fixe 3 course dinner. The food was delicious, Apple& Lovage soup with confit of Duck, Slow roasted pork shoulder on a bed of chevre polenta and pear cake w/ brown sugar ice cream paired up with a flight of wines. Quite delish, but wasn't keen on the decor and the wait staff were rookies. We had to ask to be moved as they seated us right by the entrance!
