Description

It sounds like it might ruin your diet, but in fact Big Earl's is a Cave Creek tradition these days, at least among folks who like a delicious burger with fries. This former gas station serves something called the Blue Burger that's a lip-smacking sirloin patty topped with blue cheese and caramelized onions and served on a grilled potato roll. Also unbelievably yummy is the Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich, a succulent breast cooked in teriyaki sauce and garnished with red onions, lettuce, mayo, and grilled pineapple. Yes-grilled pineapple! Garden burgers and garden salads are available for those who refuse to budge from their diets, but we can't help it-at Big Earl's, we want our eats greasy!
