Big Earl's Greasy Eats

It sounds like it might ruin your diet, but in fact Big Earl?s is a Cave Creek tradition these days, at least among folks who like a delicious burger with fries. This former gas station serves something called the Blue Burger that?s a lip-smacking sirloin patty topped with blue cheese and caramelized onions and served on a grilled potato roll. Also unbelievably yummy is the Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich, a succulent breast cooked in teriyaki sauce and garnished with red onions, lettuce, mayo, and grilled pineapple. Yes?grilled pineapple! Garden burgers and garden salads are available for those who refuse to budge from their diets, but we can?t help it?at Big Earl?s, we want our eats greasy!
