Big City Burrito is an ironic name for a chain whose locations include Greeley, Colorado, and Kearney, Nebraska -- but its mission-style burritos are undeniably large, and the fillings are definitely big-city style. You can stuff an eight-, ten- or twelve-inch tortilla (white, wheat, tomato-chile, pesto, spinach or jalapeno-cheddar) with chicken mole, bay leaf chicken, carnitas, green chile pork, carne asada or veggies, plus your choice of toppings. The potato burrito (seasoned spuds, grilled onions, cheddar cheese and ranch) is another non-meaty crowd-pleaser, especially when topped with one of fifty available hot sauces. Tacos and quesadillas are also available, as are low-carb burrito plates (your choice of fillings minus the tortilla).
