Biba's Kitbar is a 24-hour diner serving more than just diner food: Think crawfish and crabmeat in your eggs Benedict, or bananas Foster French toast. The coffee is blessedly strong, good for early mornings or late nights. Although the food is hit-or-miss, the quirky atmosphere of the old, curiously remodeled house and the friendly service make it bearable.
