Description

Executive chef/owner Douglas Brown and executive pastry chef/owner Jason Foss create grab-and-go "inspired meal solutions." From breakfast to receptions, a little of everything is available. The main chunk of their business is catering, for which they'll set up any sized party, be it an office meal or banquet. In-store, the bulk of available eats is customizable sandwiches, wraps and salads. The greens come with nine dressing options, including apple cider and passion fruit as well as the more pedestrian ranch and bleu cheese. As a plus, whatever meals remain un-purchased by the end of each day are donated to the North Texas Food Bank.
