One of the best of Seattle's neighborhood Indian restaurants, Bengal Tiger hits most of its notes: The tandoori meats come out caramelized and tender, the vindaloos and kormas and do piazas come with your choice of meats, and the service is eager to please (well, just plain eager). The all-tiger decor has been replaced by a cleaner, more customer-friendly chintz-and-tiger mix, and Mondays and Tuesdays Bengal Tiger now serves a dinner buffet of Indian and Bangladeshi food. You'll have to hunt a little to sort the Bengali recipes out from the pan-Indian ones; as an intro, order the lamb pasanda in a thick, spicy yogurt-cilantro gravy.
