Description

This Sino-Malaysian café on the southern edge of Sunset Park's Chinatown excels at the usual Malaysian snacks, including curried chicken roti canai, peanut-swabbed satays, and steaming bowls of hot and sour asam laksa soup. But why not follow its Chinese bent by ordering Hainanese chicken, a recipe from an island off the south coast of China poaching a big plump bird in pork broth.
