Thursday nights mark the beginning of a college student's three-day weekend, and the Derby Deli and Dueling Piano Bar acknowledges this with every twenty-something's favorite drinking game: beer pong. Each week, the Derby hosts a beer pong tournament, a beer-guzzling battle to the death, with two-person teams vying for the chance at cash and prizes. All this, plus live music from The Derby Band, the establishment's own house group. So sink those ping ping balls into plastic cups full of cheap beer—this is the only college sport we actually excelled at.
