Be-Witched Bistro recently moved to the downtown tunnels from its shop in a small strip center on Westheimer. The folks at Be-Wiched still take the notion of a quick serve lunch and pair it with artisan cheeses, fresh greens and unusual (for a business lunch place, at least) ethnic fare. Patrons can pick from a variety of fresh salads, soups (which is an ever rotating selection by itself), and hot and cold sandwiches, available in both half and whole portions. Fresh Mexican fusion (including a Korean chicken taco) items are a standout. There's a good vegetarian selection, too.
