While the name suggests otherwise, this location of an area minichain is the sort of cute, modern, fun-oriented sushi joint San Francisco has in spades. The '80s music is saucer-rattlingly loud, the cocktails flow freely, and the menu is long on sushi preparations with chuckle-provoking monikers, like the Power of Love roll.

    This is a great place for a first date! You cant go wrong with an ice breaker like a sushi place in the heart of the castro. Not to mention the food is conversation topic all on its own. The drinks have interesting names to say the least but dont be scared off- they are all as good as they are creative.

    They have great sushi! I totally recommend barracuda's and they have great beer specials!
