Description

Having abandoned its ramshackle digs near ASU’s Tempe campus, this aquatic-themed establishment is now berthed in a three-floor party palace in the midst of Scottsdale’s nightlife district. It still features the beach bum feel and nautical nuttiness of its old location (including seafaring knickknacks, taxidermied sharks, and the lobster claw game), albeit in a more upscale and stylish setting. Bartenders pour ‘em stiff and strong on every level, like the rooftop party patio boasting one a killer view of the Old Town scene, and there’s also a private party room available for rental. More than 40 HDTVs broadcast music videos and sports action throughout the place, 16 different beers are on tap, and the menu’s filled with such Key West-inspired specialty drinks as the “Havana Daydreamer? and “Hemmingway Hammer.?

I absolutely love Barney's Boathouse! I find myself there every weekend. Sunday-Funday is out of control...the bartenders are always having a good time and getting the customers excited. I've also been in for a few spring training games...can you say crazyyy!!! With flat screens throughout the entire 3-story establishment it's impossible to miss a game, and if it's not on a simple please will get the game your interested in watching on one of the screens. I have yet to see a day that the roof top isn't filled with people having a good time. Did I mention the food?? It's awesome, I've couldn't believe how fast they got orders out! The bartenders are hott and it's an inviting environment.

Went here last weekend after a Giants spring training game and the place was off the hook. The bar staff was a ton of fun and everyone in the place was having a good time. Even though it was a little cold out the rooftop bar at Barney's was a blast. Good music, good people, good vibes, I will definitely be a returning customer!
