Description

A lively neighborhood pizza joint, Jerry Corso's wood-fired pies deserve attention from non-Beacon Hillers for their superb crusts. While the toppings are sometimes a trifle salty, the linen-thin crust is wonderfully flavorful. And pizza's not the whole story here: Watch the specials board for small plates with vegetal slants and an array of oceanic oddities done up Italian-style. The young restaurant's so popular it can legitimately impose a policy of no reservations and no phoned-in take-out orders: Be prepared to wait for a table.
