Stylish BalMar is housed in an airy, two-story space whose walls, floors, and ductwork are exposed for all to admire. Dishes like grilled lamb sliders or risotto cakes with lingonberries show flair, but sometimes the highlight of the evening is the BalMar fries served with Patron Tequila fry sauce.
