This corny but fun "cantina" chain turns out some surprisingly good food at low prices. The loud, festive atmosphere will reminds you of the spring-break trip south of the border you barely remember (or wish you had taken). You can watch some football while scarfing some nachos with your friends, or swing by for the Wednesday-night 99-cent burger-and-beer special. It's a broke wino's dream.
