Description

Bada Sushi serves seafood of all kinds, from chile-doused Korean hot pots and seafood pancake to Japanese noodles and live sashimi. That's right, Korean-style sashimi, swimming in the tanks until you order it. Most diners order a live-sashimi combo that starts with small dishes like broiled mussels and the deep-fried carcass of the halibut the chef is slicing up while you nosh. Then comes the sashimi, which includes rarities like sea squirt, whole octopus tentacles, and sea eel, their texture marked by a satiny snap. Finally, the waiters deliver a stew made with vegetables and the leftover bits of the creatures you've just dispatched.
