Description

The Italian word "babbo" means "daddy," and oh, daddy! Do we love us some Pistachio Mozzarella, a Babbo specialty made with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pistachio nuts, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil with balsamic reduction. We also yearn for Pasta Rustico, a bowl full of penne pasta tossed with baby spinach, ricotta, garlic, fresh marinara and topped with mozzarella. Wait, there's more! Pasta Valducci piles pasta of your choice with artichokes, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic, in a pink sauce that has us practically screaming for more. Babbo features a mix of contemporary and classic Italian dishes, and is a great place for good food, good wine, and good friends.
