To compete with the bar scene in the surrounding Lowest Greenville/Henderson Avenue neighborhood, Sushi Axiom opened up with the Axiom Lounge, a sleek bar connected to the restaurant. The bar is generally a mix of smooth white marble, dark wood and white leather, all of which is lit by modern chandeliers. The bar’s drink menu, heavy on vodka, also features a few beers, including several Asian imports, perfect for sake bombs, which go for $2 during happy hour.
