Sinatra music bellows through this quaint corner cafe. Such a place could easily be found in the Little Italy section of New York, but this bistro overlooks Bellaire's Paseo Park. The menu is trendy enough to attract serious foodies. Hits include crawfish-jalapeño-cilantro fettuccine, as well as favorites like chicken Minelli, tossed with a creamy garlic sauce.
