Love him or hate him, no can accuse famous restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow (FoodParc, China Grill and many, many more) of being too subtle. Asia de Cuba, located in the Morgans Hotel, is an ode to excess, an over-the-top spectacle of the highest degree. Designed by Philippe Starck, this two-story behemoth features a 25-foot-tall, illuminated picture of a flowing waterfall, which ends at the base of an incredibly long communal table.
