Unofficially called "Home of the Bird," this live jazz and blues mainstay was once the hopping stomping ground of the late Charlie Parker and Roy Hargrove. Though not quite as mighty as it once was, they do respect their longstanding actsathe same Dixieland band has played on Monday nights for the past 35 years. And just like all their other bands, there's never a cover to listen.
