Hans Riechsteiner is the mad scientist behind the two examples of perfection coming out of this First Hill coffee shop. First example: The mocha, which Riechsteiner creates using melted chunks of Swiss chocolate, is a thing of velvety beauty. Second example: The snack waffles, which Riechsteiner makes all day and are designed to be eaten hot off the iron. These hand-held goodies are legendary among the Pill Hill workforce. Arosa also offers panini sandwiches and friendly conversation from its resident genius.
