If you"re in the Midway neighborhood looking for wings, Arnellia"s (with Nardie"s Café, the food half of the establishment) has got you covered. Their soul food and seafood are straight out of the south, accents and all. If you"re looking for a wow-inducing exterior (or interior, for that matter), this isn"t the spot for you, but the music it serves with a side of black eyed peas or grits makes it a destination. They"re open long hours, serving food until bar close at 2 a.m., and with dinners topping out at $10 a pop, it"s more affordable than flying south for the winter.
