Though it doesn't look like much from the street, this spot conceals a tiny taquería where they turn out the best tortas in town. Our favorite remains the milanesa, a razor-thin cut of beef breaded and deep-fried, slathered with mayo and black beans and gooey avocado, then piled on a chewy roll with hot chiles.
