Arcadia Farms at Phoenix Art Museum

Who goes to a museum to eat, right? Well, we do, now that Arcadia Farms is offering the vittles one can get at PAM. For lunch, we head straight for the fresh and tasty Crab and Avocado Tower with blue lump crab, diced avocado, chilled gazpacho salsa, diced tomatoes and micro greens. Sometimes we start with the homemade Hummus and Spicy Pita Chips, followed by the Arcadia Greek Salad, a bowl full of romaine lettuce, sweet red onions, kalamata olives, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, feta, tomatoes and feta cheese vinaigrette (and chicken, if you want it). On Saturdays, PAM offers an Arcadia-hosted afternoon tea, featuring sweets and savories and the finest imported hot teas, all beautifully displayed and served from 2 to 3:30 p.m. How artful!
