Description

CLOSED. Site now home to restaurant Michael Mina. Everything about Aqua's presentation - setting, service, prices - leads you to expect a peak dining experience, and we're happy to say your expectations will be satisfied, even after serial changes of celebrity chefs (current chef Jason Pringle follows Laurent Manrique, Michael Mina, and George Morrone). The lush but subdued room's most vivid elements are towering floral displays under an even more towering ceiling. The menu is almost all fish. The desserts are worthy of following such haute cuisine. Dinner at Aqua is a celebration.
