Anthony Lucas is very precise about his recipes. After completing an accounting degree at SF State, he started baking cookies to make some extra money, and opened Anthony's Cookies in the Mission. The shop is a pretty simple affair and what you see is what you get: great cookies. Try the popular Cookies 'n' Cream with chocolate chips and Oreo pieces, or the Banana Walnut cookie, which tastes like banana bread.
