This place has what one would call "character." Don't mind the drab decor, which dates to 1977, when the place opened for business, serving up simple, fast and cheap Tex-Mex-American diner fare to Heights locals. The food is hot and fresh, the service fast and friendly. Andy's is BYOB, not to mention one of the few places open 24 hours.
