a walk around the plantations in madagascar is a sensory paradise! each spoonful of our vanilla ice cream reveals a floral but slightly woody taste. our handling of this iconic ice cream is meticulous – the vanilla bean is first split lengthways in order to collect all the precious black vanilla seeds which we then patiently allow to infuse. in short, it doesn’t get better than this (nothing tops it)!
