There's been a lot of buzz in the beer community about American Brewing because they've teamed up with brewer Skip Madsen, who has been the brewmeister at esteemed breweries like Pike Brewing and is known as the “father” of more than 200 beers. The brewery pours all four of its beers on tap in the "Breakaway Room," the bar adjacent to the brewing facility: Breakaway IPA, American Blonde, Ed's Red Ale, and Breakaway Caboose, an oatmeal stout. Their current brewing capacity is 5,000 barrels a year.
