Al grew up in Roger’s Park and learned the restaurant business by working with Ira Helfer, the Hot Dog King of Chicago, so when he moved to Gilbert in 2002, he brought his authentic Chicago hot dogs with him. Al’s uses the best ingredients like Vienna hot dogs and Italian beef, Gonella rolls, and freshly prepared green relish.
