While most Ecuadoran places are ceviche-oriented, this is one of the rare places that concentrate on highland food, including anthology platters like bandera and stews called secos. Specialty of the house is churrasco Aguinaga, a spectacular sirloin heaped with a chunky creole sauce and topped with a pair of fried eggs evoking the twin suns of some remote galaxy.
