The cuisine is New American with a Sonoran flair, and the ambience is intimate at Alchemy, a dining spot featuring floor-to-ceiling glass panels that open to a panoramic view of the Sonoran desert by day and stunning city lights by night. What about the food, you ask? Alchemy's chef has created an array of unusual entrees you won't find anywhere else. We love the Ahi Tuna and Sesame Wakame Parfait, made with pickled ginger, Daikon sprouts, and served with a fried wonton. The Pumpkin Gyoza is to die for, too. And don't count Alchemy out at breakfast time. Go for the Irish Oatmeal Brûlée, steel cut oats folded with toasted walnuts and golden raisins and topped with caramelized brown sugar, whipped cream and fresh berries. Where else but Alchemy?
